Multi-Grammy and “Order of Canada” holder Sarah McLachlan released her first album “Touch” in 1988. It went gold and she has not looked back, selling over forty million records since then. She has contributed to music education, animal rights and other charities around the world. She founded the amazingly successful 'Lilith Fair' in 1997, a showcase of woman in music that was a charity to help women in need.
In July 2, 2005 Sarah performed for Live 8 with Josh Grobin, who is a well-known and very successful singer in his own right.
